Importing customers from template query

My Customer fields are fully populate apart from the customer discount group field. Can i re-import the same data using the import template function within the rapidstart services or will this mess up all my data?

    You can definitely import the new data, just be aware that you are going to overwrite existing values (losing possible user modification) and pay attention to the no. series used for customer setting it to manual, since also the key field will be read from file and overwritten.
