The current 'test send' in D365 marketing emails is unreliable. When I get the test in my inbox, the formatting looks different and the hyperlinks/ subscription centre links don't work well. The only way to get an accurate proof of the email is to send a customer journey live. If changes are needed to the email, then you need to stop the email, make the changes, go live, then send another journey. This causes delays and lacks efficiency.
Is there a reliable way of doing the 'test send'?
