How to enable and disable a option field and Part as per the selection value of another option field ? Please give me suggesion .

I guess it is RTC.
You can Create a Boolean global Variable with (IncludeInDataset to Yes)
Add it to Enable property of field which you want.
Make the Boolean true or false as per your selection of field.
