user device compatibility issues

I have a customer who is using a Mac  that runs Catalina Version 10.15 and is stating he is having trouble entering certain information into the customer interface built on Microsoft dynamics. Can anybody suggest anything to resolve?

    Hi Elaine,

    The issue is just appear in mac device, maybe you can test it in another device to determine if it's a device compatibility issue.

    If is possible, could you please provide more detailed information about it.
