Lead Rating

What determines the rating on a Lead? All of our leads say /Warm/. Even when qualified it still say's /Warm/. I see posts and articles on Grades but not Rratings.

Hi Partner,

The 'Rating' of the lead need select value manually.

The reason why it's all 'Warm' is because it's the default option.

If not set or changed manually, Ratings is automatically populated with "warm" values when creating leads.

If you want to automatically update values based on some logic, you need to consider doing some customisation yourself.

Thank you, we must not have it set as I don't believe the option to choose a rating is on our form.
