Create an appointment for different timezone

Hi

My users want to create a meeting for different time zone.

I have a User who has an appointment in different timezone, and he will travel there.

The user wants to create the appointment in the meeting timezone instead of his local time.

In outlook the attendee sees the correct time.

    Hi, 

    I'm not sure that you should do something special. Time  in appointment is shown related to user timezone.

    So user should select his specific timezone in personal settings and keep it in mind

    Thanks. But this is not what I want.

    The situation is User A wants to set a meeting in different time zone. 

    So the meeting is going to be in Europe 9 am. But he is in different time zone and tries to set a meeting 9 am, the customer in Europe receives an email as 12 pm.

    Plus if I want to see the report for all visits for all timezones, I can't get a consistent view.
