Upgrade AX2012 to AX2012R3 not able to open the Workspace

Recently we have upgrade the AX2012 to AX2012R3 everything went fine after the code upgrade checklist in place is completed we cannot able to open the Workspace I tried the shortcuts ctrl+w but nothing works, by adding -development to the target I can able to open the Development workspace, but I could not open the Application workspace , I tried to open workspace when I click on the company name I get the option to open the New Workspace but when I click it says maximum number of workspace is already open.

Any help really appreciated.

Try to change, or just reload, the AX License file again, it should work!
