Hello:

I've got an environment on PU 30 and 10.0234 which I'm told has Business document management as an available feature. I've confirmed BDM is there and it's active. I'm trying to setup the Sales order packing slip template for BDM which supposedly was available back in August 2019. Instructions I've got say to add all available templates via the Configuration provider and download them all through LCS. However, when I connect, the configuration repository connected to LCS shows no importable templates. Feature management shows BDM is enabled but might there be more configuration on the LCS side we need to setup to allow access to the templates? Hoping someone can help.

Hello ichiban,

You have to select the Microsoft configuration provider in the electronic reporting workspace.

Open the repository and connect to LCS from there.

Then you should see all the electronic report elements available for download and usage.

This was exactly my issue. I was connecting to my company provider rather than Microsoft's. Also, thank you for the tech talk link.
