Hi there

Is it possible to create a batch job for the financial reports?
I have managed to automate the report generation using a schedule,
but now I need to save them to SharePoint via Print Management.

What options do I have?

    Hi ,

    Suggestion one:

To use SharePoint storage, set the Location field for a document type to SharePoint. Then, enter a valid SharePoint address in the SharePoint Address field.

To configure SharePoint storage, please start with the MS document:

Configure document management - Finance & Operations | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn

    Suggestion two:

This article is given a code (runnable class – job) to perform rendering of a report to a memory stream. With the output found in the code  like reportBytes, stream and binData you can do many things, like sending the report to a certain SharePoint location from code. You can view it for reference.

Render report to memory stream D365 (aka AX7) - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Community

    Hope these will be useful!

    Best Regards,

    Hana
