We had configured Zetadocs Addin for our one of the client. Zetadocs Addin is working fine in Server but it's not working from Client login. Authentication Type : NavUserPassword Client Type : Window Client.

Is this issue ongoing for you?

To advise further, I'll need to know if you are using SharePoint or the Zetadocs Archive Service? If SharePoint, which version and is it on-premise?

Check whether the ZetaDocs Addin in the folder on the clients machine

C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics NAV\71\RoleTailored Client\Add-ins

Have you configured Zetadocs with sharepoint or windows folder option? Can you please provide the error details and event of it?
