I created fields in an entity in CRM. I added subgrid below the fields. But the issue is the subgrid is only displaying if I save the form, but I want to see the subgrid before saving the form.

After saving

After saving, I can able to see the subgrid below company name field. I want to see that field before saving the form. Can anyone help me in this?

I have the same question (0)

    Hello Rajath,

It will be not visible because This is an out of the box behavior.

This behavior is observed during creation of an record. and the reason is that you can not associate any record without creating it.

So when user will click on save then it will be saved in the CRM and after that system will allow user to link this record with other related record.

    Thank you,

    Amit katariya

Is there any other method so that I can make it visible before saving the record?

I don't think so, To show the sub-grid you will need to save the record. Probably you can run a JS(On Load) which can save the record when form type = create.

That means when user will click on the +New button and when a form will open during that time your JS will run and save the record automatically and will show the Sub-grid.

    Thank you,

Yes that's sounds good, but unless the users verifies the entries he made the form should not get submitted. User will fill the form along with sub-grid entity and then he has to click on save button.

Can I achieve this by BPF?
