When a Quote record is created, then 2 records of Quote Project Price List is getting created for that particular code.
As this is a OOB functionality, we are not getting how this is happening.
Any help is appreciated.

This is a function belonging to Project Service Automation and is not part of CRM.
Quote Project Price List is an entity of Project Service Automation.
For the parameters of the Quote Project Price List, please refer to this document: docs.microsoft.com/.../msdyn_quotepricelist
We can see in the documentation that it belongs to the Project Service Automation solution.
