How to import a mail from Outlook into CRM - to a specific customer?

Important to have a log of activities/mails shown under each oppurtunity.

    Hi Henrik,

    As Prateek provided, there are two ways to track emails from outlook to crm, I suggest you use the Folder-level tracking because this allows you to set the regarding field.

    What you need is that emails under each opportunity, you need set regarding with one opportunity record, just like following screenshot shown:

    you can choose opportunity entity or other entity you need.

    If you need associate multiple opportunities, you can create multiple folder for them, then add multiple folder mapping.

    However, the number of folder is limit, you can track up to a maximum of 25 folders per user account.

    Test:

    (1)In outlook:
