Is there a way to automate drafting sales invoice periodically

An example of use case, we sell a monthly subscription to one of our client, is there a way to have Business Central draft up a sales invoice with the lines preconfigured, ready to be posted on a particular day of the month?

There is no such functionality available to create the Sales Invoice automatically, but yes you can achieve by doing some development on t.

Hi,

I dont know of a way to automate the sales invoice as standard however you can use "Sales Recurring Lines" to preconfigure the lines you want to go onto an invoice. For example, below is a Sales Recurring Line called "PACK" that contains two lines:

Then when raising a Sales Invoice, you can select the Sales Recurring lines function to pull on recurring lines.

You do have to assign the recurring lines to each customer, but I know it has worked well for other users in the past who create similar invoices or orders each week/month etc
