Server-side synchronization signed emails issue

Hello
I'm having trouble with server side sync if email incoming are signed , as PEC in italian scenario.
My setting is the following: I have configured the server side sync to automatically create and update cases for incoming emails.
Email sinchronization works fine except for the incoming signed emails (PEC) because Dynamics creates the case with email in attachment crypted in file smime.p7m.
I must read the file but I didn't find a solution for now. Anybody is facing with the same problem?
How can I read the file smime.p7m created by server side sync?

Thank you in advance

One more question please about the crypting of smime.p7m file created by synchronization: is it possible to export the certificate file with the private key from Dynamics or I need to export it form email server? I need the certificate to try to read the file...

    Thank you

    Hello,

did you have a solution for your problem already?

I have the issue that a signed Email (not encypted, only signed) is not sync to CRM at all via the Server Side Sync and have no clue why.

Do you have an hint for me?

    Thanks in advance.
