We have following scenario

We have two warehouses - 1) Fixed and 2) Loose

All Sales Order created for material will flow to Fixed warehouse whereas in case of Loose we will create PO directly.

In this case for SO, we want all SO should be mandatorily have "SPEC ORDER" and the material should be reserved automatically so that on receipt the warehouse clerk will move this material directly to Fixed warehouse.

Is this possible in NAV

Still the Question is not clear to me, At what time you want Auto Reservation?

Are you using BIN functionality.
