We have a PowerApps application which is integrated with Dynamics HR through virtual entities.
The app is used for approval of candidates. Candidates are filtered based on the hiring manager selected in the recruiting request and the user/party relationship in Dynamics HR.
The application works fine when the user’s role is set to System administrator.
What we are having issues with is defining the appropriate user role which is compatible with power apps. In the app they are not able to see this information.
Which are the mandatory user roles which are needed so a regular user can use a PowerApp which is integrated with Dataverse (Virtual entities in particular)? ANy idea on this will be very helpful
