Hi All,
When checking under system admin > inquiries > batch job history > log, the log will not open. We use this log to check that our batch job ran correctly. Previously we were able to open this log without any issues. Recently when clicking this log nothing happens. I have double checked to make sure that "save job to history" is set to "always" under the batch job but I am still unable to access the log. Also, I am able to open old "logs" under batch job history. Has anyone seen this before? Or does anyone know how to resolve this?

Then it should be called an Error Log. I too was expecting to see some output. I have placed trace messages and was surprised when I couldn't open the log.

Thanks for your response. I have verified that the batch jobs are running. After speaking with a technical resource I found that the if the batch job did not have an error "status" and the log cannot be opened, it means there is no log. This is why I was unable to open the log. Thank again!
consider verifying if the batch jobs are running
AOS is assigned as batch server
