Auto Generated Reports from CRM

Hi All,

We have reports section on CRM from where we can run the report when we want.Can we auto generate the Report and put it in some network folder, so that the Users who have not have access to CRM , can see the report from report on network folder. And does not need CRM Access only for report once a week?

There is no OOB functionality top generate report and push it to network folder for online. If you have on-premise crm you use achieve this by scheduling reports using Report server .

hi..

CRM does not provides any functionality to auto generate report and put it into some folder.

but to do this either you can use report scheduler functionality or some custom code.

You can create either custom workflow activity, or some console application which will run once a week, generate report and saves report into network folder.

and then users can access this report from network folder.

Hi CRM User,

There is no OOB function.

You need to create report programmatically yourself then extract out the data to your FTP Server or network folder.
