Portal: Can I update the bootstrap 3 to bootstrap 4

Hello,

I'm new to building a portal, but I have created a portal. I see that the template included is built on Bootstrap 3.3, and I would like to upgrade this to Bootstrap 4. If I change the bootstrap.min.css, however, I will also need to include the new bootstrap.js file, but this seems to clash with another file in the template, namely preform.bundle.js.

How can I edit / configure / remove the bundled files and include only the files that I need? Or how can I solve this clash?

Or is bootstrap 4 not allowed and does it absolutely have to be bootstrap 3 ?

Hi Steven,

Yes, you couldn't simply change bootstrap.min.css file, because PowerApps Portal is built with Bootstrap 3,

many compatibility works are required to overwrite existing class attributes, thus it's not recommended.

Currently there is no upgradge plan from published documentation.
