App for outlook - Missing quick set regarding links

Hello,

We made a classic configurationon on the « App for Outlook Contact Quick View » form, we replaced the view used in the opportunity subgrid with the standard view « open opportunity ». after that, we noticed that the "links" to quickly set the regarding on an email to opportunity has disappeared

Is anyone else seeing this same behavior?  We've tried re-adding the app for some people that are experiencing it but that hasn't worked.

    Was their any updates recently you made?  which might have caused the scenario. We'll probably have to open a case to investigate on it and check if this is a bug.

    No update has been installed, we are at a version (Server version: 9.1.0000.19239, Client version: 1.4.912-2006.2) on dev, test and production environments.
    The problem is only noted in the development environment on which we have changed the customization.
    Outlook users connected to the test or production environment always see the link in question.

    I do notice the same behavior as you reported in latest version. But if it is specific to an environment i.e. Dev, that needs further investigation.

    You can open a ticket on the behavior you noticed so that can be investigated further to fix it in your DEV environment
