Dynamics CRM on-prem, Version 8.2.7.13 mit Exchange Online issue Outgoing mails should appears in Sent Items

Hi Respected Members,

I need your valuable Advise on the issue.

One of our coustomer is using 

Dynamics CRM on-prem, Version 8.2.7.13 with Exchange Online. 

With Server side sync is configured.

We want the outgoing mails to ab appears in users Sent Item

    Unfortunately the email that created by and sent from Dynamics is not synced with sent items on Exchange.  Because the email is sent by Dynamics as your email account, if you allowed Server-Side Sync.

    If you tell me why you want to sync Dynamics email with Sent Items, maybe I would be able to provide alternative ideas.
