Can't delete a purchase order because of budget control

Hello community, I want to delete a line of a purchase order that is repeated and when I remove this line this appears, what can I do to solve it?

    Hi,

    To cancel a PO line, we select the line and use "Update Line> Deliver Remainder", update "Purchase Quantity" and then use OK button to make changes effective.

    Please try in test environment first if solves your issue and is valid for your process.
