hi
not ever used this forum before and to be honest not sure if i'm in the right place.
I need to find a solutions to a problem i have in my crm.
Some of my customer accounts keep disappearing and losing all the data i saved in there?
does anyone know what is happening and how i can fix it?

Welcome to Dynamics 365 forum!
Here are some information we need.
1.Dose the account mean the Account entity in Dynacmis 365 CRM?
2.If you mean the account data is keep disappearing, please check the view, if you change the different views to see account data, becasue different view contains different filter conditions.
3.Please enable the account entity auditing function, and then go to Audit history to check if there are any other users deleted the account data.
