My apologies if this issue has been addressed elsewhere, but I can't seem to find the right search terms to locate a similar forum post...
We use BC14 on-prem, accessed via remote desktop connections. A couple of users have recently reported that certain pages won't load... these are pages (such as Posted Sales Invoices, or Physical Inventory Journal) that they normally have accessed in the past, and only just within the last day or two have not been able to get them to open. None of their permissions have been updated or changed in this time frame.
The odd part is - this is only happening when these users are accessing Business Central from their desktop shortcuts.... if they remote in directly to our RDP server and use BC from there, the pages open fine. I'd like to find out why it would be the case that the pages won't open from their shortcuts.
