Error when using "Exchange" email provider on dev VM (onebox)

I've been able to use the "Exchange" email provider successfully on a Cloud-hosted env of D365. I tested it by sending a Sales Order confirmation by email and it worked.

When I try to do the same thing on my dev VM I get this error message :

Exchange server could not be contacted. Security token could not be obtained. Ensure a valid Office 365 license is available for this tenant.

My email address is correctly entered in my user options.

Any idea of what is wong?

No, I was not able to resolve. Instead I change the setting to SMTP, set the server to localhost and use https://smtp4dev.codeplex.com/. That's enough to test email on our Dev VM.
