PowerAutomate to create a lead with a custom note: Worked dine but suddenly note problem

I have a PowerAutomate that is used to create a lead based on an email. In the newly created lead the text from the email is put into a note.

Sorry the screen-shot is in Norwegian. The prosess is pretty forward.

This has worked perfect but last week something has changed. Suddenly the note is filled with the bydy in html-format tike this:

Any suggestions??

Hi,

Seems like Rich Text Notes are enabled in the Timeline.

You can verify this using below steps:

Go to Advanced Settings -> Administration -> System Settings.

In the General Tab, you will find an option "Enable Rich text notes in timeline" at the end:

Try disabling this option, if your flow works fine after disabling this option, we know the issue.

I am not sure of the solution yet, but, this does not work at least in the PowerApps Portals (not sure how to handle this in PowerAutomate).

Yes, I noticed this too. It happened because an update was pushed that updated the Description field on Note with a Rich Text Editor instead of a plain text one the way it has been forever. So now all the text added to that field looks like this.

I don't have a solution for it yet but I know it's happening. You didn't do anything wrong.
