CODA file import Dynamics 365 FO

Hi all,

I'm having issues importing CODA files in D365FO. Basically I'm getting error saying the CODA Version/Protocol isn't right.

pastedimage1576744496312v1.png

The Version in the file is '2', and the Protocol that my colleague setup in D365FO is 310 (he's now on Xmas leave) - but I can't see where the Protocol would be in the file, or the Version in D365FO.

Can anyone help with this?

Many thanks,

Will Pinkney

    Hi Will,

This is the localization feature of Belgium: docs.microsoft.com/.../emea-bel-coda-bank-statement-import

    Please check the settings.

    Morning Mattguo,

Thanks for this - I had seen this, but it’s unfortunately a bit generic and doesn’t give any details about the Version/Protocol etc. I understand you have to setup the parameters but it doesn’t go into any more details.

    Hoping someone can help.

    KR,

    Will

has the configuration been imported from LCS

'Import the CODA configurations from Lifecycle Services (LCS)'

    this may help

    docs.microsoft.com/.../er-import-configuration-lifecycle-services

If you can not solve it, suggest you contact your implementation consultant to solve this localization problem.

    Hi Will,

I'm having the same issue than you. Have you found out where the protocol and the version are located in D365 by any chance ?

Thanks in advance for your feedback

    Hi all,

To answer this, there should be a table called "CODA - bank accounts". I believe the fields from this table are not available by default in the user interface. You can use the open in excel feature and select the data entity to add your protocol and version values for a selected bank account.

    It worked for me

    Regards

I know it is an old question but still see no answer. In Cash and Bank management > Bank accounts > Bank accounts, when you choose the Bank account and select CODA journal, there you have a field or the protocol. Most probably it should be 200
