We had created transfer order for 1500 Kgs. We had shipped and received 1495 Kgs.
Outstanding balance of 5 Kgs is reflecting in order & reports.
Can anyone suggest , how canwe short close the transfer orders without editing the quantity to be shipped/without reopening ?

Thanks Paraji. Since this our own warehouse,we donot want to incur extra transportation expense.Hence we want to short close 5 Kgs. Is there any option here to close directly like we do in sales orders.

As you are saying 5kgs is still open which is not settled. you can not ignore that.
if you want only 1495 quantity to transfer then complete that open order with posting of pending quantity. then again post the order with 1500 kgs in opposite locations. Now your quantity will reloaded. Now you can create transfer order with accurate quantity.
