Lifecycle services new cloud hosted environment stuck on deploying

Hi,
 
  • Cloud hosted environment in LCS is stuck at deploying endlessly.
  • Buttons to delete, start, stop do not exist
  • Remote desktops are not created
  • Azure logs are freaking out.
Here are some screenshots:
 
Any idea how to remove the machine and resolve this issue.

    This is standard procedure during the deployment of a cloud hosted environment.
    It takes 4-8 hours for a machine to deploy.
    During this time the machine has no stop/start/deallocate buttons available.
    The machine eventually deploys where it can be deleted afterwards. Even if it fails, it can still be removed.
