Plug-in registration problem

I can not see my customer organization in Plug-in registration tool. I'm CRM admistrator and I can login into CRM normally. I am registered as quest in customers Azure AD.

Plug-in registration tool version is latest( 9.0.2.3) 

D365 online version is 1612(9.0.2.193). 

Any advice would be most welcome.

    Hi,

    Do you mean you could not find your Org Id after you input the Account and password?

    If it is, you could try the following thread that I suggested to refresh the Registration Tool by Nuget package or Powershell.

    The appropriate plugin registration tool comes with the new Nuget package used to pull down the CRM SDK Tools.

    The one you specifically pull down will be the correct one.

    Its a bit odd that the older ones dont work.

    Use Nuget or Powershell to fetch the SDK Tools.

    Sorry for the off topic. 
    I need a suggestion for making an application.

    I want to develop a bike frame size calculator like this one.  In their insert field, they just take weight and height of a biker. after hitting the button they calculate the frame size. Most importantly they show some recommended product. 

    I need extract same functionality with some advanced features. I have searched plugin for doing it, but I didn't find any plugin that has same features. How can I build a plugin or application like it?

    Can you connect to any organisation using the Plug-in registration tool? Try and connect to a different organisation to see if the issue is with your system configuration. If you haven't got a separate instance you can check, create a trial 365 (or CDS powerapps instance) and try to connect to that
