Hello, Some users cannot get to customer voice. The browser is stuck to preparing... . They have licenses, perissions, we tried clear browsers cache... tried different browsers...no luck

The same users can login from their laptops with a different account.

i would appreciate any help.

Efstratios Stratis I am unable to reproduce the problem. Are you still experiencing the issue? If so, please contact Microsoft support and/or email customervoice@microsoft.com and we will take a look asap
