Hi,
We are using D365, version 8.0. Today we are facing to a new issue, the filters are not working.
When we click on a column, an error message is displayed : Column is not filterable.
I tried 2 solutions:
Solution 1:
Browser issue. In Explorer, there is no issue, however in Google Chrome, there is.
I tried to do a cleanup of the cookies and restoring the default parameters, it works but only once, then on a second click, the issue is back.
Solution 2:
In LCS, I am seeing there is a KB.
Do you think this KB will resolve our issue or this is more a browser problem ?
