Seems Quality Association Doesn't work properly for Route and Inventory

I have three operations (A,B,C) for one of the manufacturing order (Production Order) and I want system to generate quality order automatically as soon as I report operation "B" (uses work center b )as finished.

I did setup the Quality Association for Route operation , for work center b (Used by operation B) but system didn't generate any quality order when I reported operation B as finished.

Also I am interested in knowing about the Quality Association for reference type Inventory, which according to my understanding responsible for the automatic quality order generation for any internal inventory movement or transaction.

For example : As soon as I post profit/loss or movement journal, it should create the Quality order but that also doesn't seem to be working.

I hope I have explained clearly.

Hi all,

I am also interested in knowing about the Quality Association for reference type Inventory. I did not see any possibility to attach a quality order to an inventory journal (item arrival, transfer, profit/loss, movement...), furthermore the quality button (inquiries/Quality orders) is not available in these inventory journals. If anyone knows the Inventory Quality Association reference purpose?
