Same plugin, different results!?

I have a plugin that generates XML.  Between DEV and PROD its output is different.  The message is Account Create.

DEV:DevXML.PNG

PROD:ProdXML.PNG

I can't even begin to figure out what's up.  Exactly the same versions.  Steps from Solution.

What's truly amazing is that it not just ALL the data from the context that is missing, it's only some of it!

I have the same question (0)

    Hi,

As i checked screenshots mentioned by you.

I will suggest you One thing can you verify the data in both env. is same or not.

As per my understanding, there is some mismatch in data in both env. that is the reason you can see some values are missing in the prod env.

    Hope this will help you.

    Thanks

Well, that's not it but, thanks.

If you look at the record on the form you will see an address that should have been in the SOAP.

so sorry to bother everyone.  it was a data issue.  Not the account information but the support information.  Somehow all the string length limiting numbers disappeared so the plugin assumed zero.

    My bad.
