Hi,

A customer has just purchased Business Central, when logging into the 365 office portal I can see Power Apps and Flow, but how can I add Power BI? Absolutely no where to be found on the store!

Yes, from Power BI Desktop you can connect to D365BC by using OData (you need to publish the entities you need to retrieve) or via the built-int Power BI connector.

I see.. Can they get around this by logging into Power BI Desktop then linking it to business central so they can at least do reports which can't be done within Business Central elsewhere?

You need to buy Power BI licenses for the users and assign that licenses to them.
