Since Dynamics sales quote does not have tax what are the options to implement tax? I'm interested to hear ho others have implemented tax and the pros and cons of different approaches. One thing to consider is we are integrating to Business Central so the tax codes originate from BC and this makes me think if virtual table from BC can be used in Dataverse
