The POS transactions done on the Offline DB are not syncing back to Online DB when the POS is connected back to Online DB. (manually using the Database connection status). This is happening only for POS transaction tables such as Retailtransactiontable, Retailtransactionsalestrans etc. But for all master tables it is properly syncing from Online to Offline DB. The Offline DB is on different server other than that of Channel Online DB.
But when I configure the Offline DB on the same server as of Online DB, then the POS transactions are syncing properly.
I am using AX 2012 R3 CU10. Any help will be much appreciated.

Hi Sumit,
Did you try to enable logging for Offline Sync service? (in its .config file)
If logging is configured, you should see all errors in log file.
If you see no errors, you can change logging level to 'Info' or 'Verbose' to receive detailed information what Offline Sync service is doing that should help to identify the issue.
You can also post your log file here, so we can check together.
