Payroll Benefit - Percent of Net Wages

I have a client trying to setup a payroll benefit as a "Percent of Net Wages".  They can setup the benefit, but it seems to only work when applied to all pay codes.  If they apply it to selected pay codes they receive the following message:  "A benefit based on selected pay codes cannot be calculated on a percentage of net wages". 

Is there a way for them to setup the benefit so its only triggered by selected pay codes?  Please advise.  Thank you.

    Hello LongTimeGPandSL,

    Benefits that use Net Wages cannot be based on individual Pay Codes. This is by design.

    The options you have are:

    1. Base it on all Pay Codes.
    2. Use a different Method instead of Net Wages.
    3. Look for a Third Party or Customization that will allow you to do this.
