User is trying to create a timesheet for last week and getting error "Future time entries are not allowed in D365". In the parameters, 'Block future timesheet entries' is enabled. Deleting the timesheet and having the user to recreate fixes that one timesheet, but comes back on the next timesheet possibly. Resetting the usage data doesn't seem to help. Is it possibly a computer setting or some cache setting within the browser? Is there any workaround or solutions?
There are two or three methods having a check that can result in this error. It is related to used dates or maybe a session date of Dynamics 365 that was set in the past.
In case you see the error again, start an investigation what exact dates are used and if it appears upon new time entry or when changing some timesheet details.
When you mentioned that the timesheet was deleted and recreated, it could be the case that a wrong (future) period was selected by the user.
