Running Greenshades From Within GP

If I am logged in to GP with "sa" account on a Terminal Server; I can run Greenshades software. But, If I use a user account (POWERUSER) then Greenshades won't launch and technical support at Greenshades are not able to figure it out.

Anyone with any clues?

    Jehan,

I know you mentioned you contacted Greenshades Support, but please feel free to email me at chadden@greenshades.com, if you would like to us to review this further on our end to see if we can identify the permissions issue.

Mariano, thanks but this is not the case as Carlos is able to run Greenshades if he logs in as "sa" in GP.

    Any other ideas?

When you say, "But, If I use a user account (POWERUSER) then Greenshades won't launch", are you trying to access Terminal Server with a different domain account? Let's give examples with names:

If Lisa logs in to Terminal Server with her domain account and launches GP and logs in as 'sa', presumably they can run Greenshades, correct? However if Carlos logs into Terminal Server with his domain account and logs into GP as 'carlos', he cannot run Greenshades even 'carlos' is a POWERUSER in GP.

Well this tells me the issue has nothing to do with GP user credentials, because I almost can assure you that if Carlos logs into Terminal Server and launches GP and access the system as 'sa', Carlos will not be able to run Greenshades either.

Can you confirm this is the case?
