Power Automate, if owner is member of a specific team then

Posted on by 25

Hello Everyone,

I am trying to send a message on Slack channel if the case Owner is a member of a specific team in Dynamics 365.

For example, If the case owner is a member of Team X then send a message on Channel X.

The case owner is a member of team Y then send a message on channel Y.

Any ideas?

    Hi,

You should use the common data services:

Then, look for dynamics content and look fo owner:

Instead of systemusers, type you team name.
