Hi guys,
I was wondering if it's possible to track mails to multiple records in Dynamics 365 CE. For a client of mine this is a must and since I'm new to consulting and dynamics in general I couldn't find a way. Is there an OOTB way to do this or do I need something else?

I think thar you cannot track multiple mails to multiple records in Dynamcs, But you have another solution.
You can add lookup fields in the Email table in Dataverse => Just you mention the records which you want to track when you receive the email
Then you add subgrids in the records, to display all emails related to this record.
