    Hi Karuna,

How did you create several positions in the system? Is it via Data management or excel workbook designer?

Meanwhile, if you go to All positions and search for your positions then are you able to see the position? If no then you can select as of date filter in the menu and go to past date and select your position again.

Please try above suggestion and revert back here.

    Hi Karruna,

Before you can create a position, a job must be set up. Some position details, such as the compensation region, worker assignment, position duration, and reporting relationship, are date effective. Otherwise, you may not see the position.

    Hi Karruna S,

I may assume positions has been created with Personnel action type- "NewPosReq - Request a new Position be created". In this case unless position approve, it will be In review status. and you can't see it in all positions. You can navigate HR->Positions->Actions->All positions actions you can see all the positions you created.

Click on the position which is In Review status and check workflow history. Now you can see the approver for the new position created or you can reassign to you (if you are a system admin) and approve it. Then the approved position will be displayed in all positions.

    Thank you.
