'My Notification/Notes' customization in NAV 2016

Hi All,

I would like to customize the 'Notes' feature in NAV. Generally, we can send a note to single person in NAV but in my case I need to send to a group of people.

This notification needs to be sent from backend. So, I don't need to create the users in the 'Notes' page.

I believe the notes are stored in 'Record Link' table. I thought of creating a record manually in that table but not sure on generating the URL1.

Is there any way, I can get the Hyperlink for the specific page where I want to attach my notes. Consider Posted Sales invoice -> Doc No. 1000. So, I want to create the hyperlink for Document No. 1000 with page no. 132.

Kindly provide your valuable suggestions.
