Hello !!
I facing following issue while activating MPOS (client) on the device.
Error:
DA1023 - Could not resolve employee's identity. Probably due to the user's external identity is not being mapped to an employee.
Steps Performed :
1.) Created worker.
2.) Associated worker's external Identity. I can see external identity related information under worker's retail tab.
3.) Ran 1060 – Staff job.
3.) Validate Device for activation.
4.) Downloaded and Installed MPOS.
Note that I am able to activate the cloud POS using same id.
