Hi I am MS CRM Functional Consultant and i am planning to do MS CRM Certification . Thought of taking MB-230 or MB-210. Which one will be the best to take?
Need some suggestions on that. Thanks in advance.

As far as Exam MB-230: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Exam MB-210: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales exams are concerned, both are the part of MS CRM Functional Consultant Certification.
Main objective of MB-230 exam is:-
“ A Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant is responsible for implementing omnichannel solutions that focus upon service, quality, reliability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.”
If you have a plan to build your career in customer service then MB-230 will be right choice for you.
Main objective of MB-210 exam is:-
“Candidates for this exam are Microsoft Dynamics 365 functional consultants with sales expertise. Candidates are responsible for implementing solutions that support a sales life cycle so that it can run efficiently and effectively to meet revenue targets, business strategies, and company objectives”
If you have a plan to grow in Sales profession then Microsoft MB-210 certification will be a perfect choice for you.
To get success in MB-210 and MB-230 is not an easy task. You have to put some extra investment, time and efforts to pass these certification exams. Also you can start doing things and learn it in this way.
