Hi,
On QueueItem entity, there are 2 buttons - Delete queue item and Remove.
Can anyone explain what is the difference between the two buttons?
Appreciate the help.
Delete Queue Item: It delete the record that is added or referenced as queue item.
e.g lead xyz added in queue now using this button it will delete the queue item as well as lead record.
Remove: It just remove the queue item from queue not delete the queue item / referenced record
in this case xyz record will not delete but removed from the queue.
Better is train your users to use the 'Remove' button instead of 'Delete'.

I added a lead to a queue. Then, clicked on Delete queue item. Noticed that on Delete Queue Item, the related lead record is not deleted. Just the queue item is deleted.
It seems like both Remove and Delete queue item are doing the same thing.
Can you confirm that at your end Delete queue item deletes the related record as well.
