How to end the Remaining Quantity in Production Component.

If I don't fully consume Production Component, there are Remaining Quantity in Production Component.

When I calculate MPR, there will be the demands from Remaining Quantity. If I don't want these demands, how to end the Remaining Quantity in Production Component.

    This is not available in standard. Unless you Finished the Production Order, this quantity will remain in the system in terms of demands.

    You need to do small changes in the system. You can make the "Expected Quantity" field editable = TRUE and then change the value of "Expected Quantity" = "Act. Consumption (Qty)"...

    This will automatically validates "Expected Qty. (Base)" and makes the "Remaining Quantity" = 0 and "Remaining Qty. (Base)" = 0.
