Did you try going to the G/L .

    Click On "Bank Accounts"

There is a balance field there.

you can also drill into the balance field to see the individual entries

    Hi

    I think i understand,

You are expecting to see the NAV bank entries (in the bank sub ledger) with a running balance in the last column,

This is not how NAV works however, NAV allows you to change the sorting, back and forward date transactions, make applications, set date & other filters, etc, and in this environment a running total does not really make sense

It is still possible to get this though, you have 2 options, you could export to excel and in excel create the extra column with the running total each time you need it

Alternatively you could ask your NAV partner to create a report that specifically displays the entries as you want to see them (So you can easily run it when ever you need)

The last option would be for you to ask your partner to modify NAV and add a running total to the bank entries screen (This is not recommended though, rather have it written in a report)

    Hope this helps
